Hi, I’m Diya Chivukula, and I started Focus Fusion because I care deeply about mental health and love learning about the brain. I want to create a space where teens feel heard, understood, and supported, while also sharing ideas that can actually make a difference in their lives. I’m fascinated by how our minds work and how science can be used to help people feel better. When I’m not working on Focus Fusion, I’m usually on the badminton court, hanging out with friends, or curled up with a good book. For me, it’s all about starting honest conversations about mental health and making them feel safe, uplifting, and even a little fun.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Hi, I’m Vidhi Palan and I'm the operations manager of Focus Fusion, I'm passionate about neuroscience, mental health, and understanding how stress impacts well-being. Outside of my work, I enjoy playing badminton and exploring ways to stay active and balanced.

PROGRAMS MANAGER

Hey, my name is Anika Upadhyay and I'm the programs manager of Focus Fusion. I'm a sophomore located in the Bay Area. I'm passionate about psychology and I understand how important mental health is as a student. A few fun facts about me are that I do MMA, my favorite bands are CAS and The Smiths, and I have a pet turtle named Sheldon!

FINANCE AND FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Hi, I’m Ashrita and I'm the finance and fundraising manager of Focus Fusion! I love expressing my creativity through drawing. Whether sketching ideas, doodling for fun, or creating artwork, I enjoy bringing my imagination to life on paper. When I’m not drawing, you’ll probably find me hanging out with friends, or studying, unfortunately. I love surrounding myself with positivity and creativity, whether through art or with the people who matter most! I hope hosting events like this make a difference in your lives, maybe helping you learn a thing or two about yourself.
