Get Involved
You must be 13-18 Years Old. Make sure there's no chapter in your school/city and then submit the Chapter Interest Form (listed below) to have an initial conversation to request approval.
If approved, become an Organizing Group by carefully selecting four other people committed to serving with you on the chapter's Board of Directors. Email us those names, contact details, and roles. Four of the five roles must be president, secretary, treasurer, and social media manager.
As an Organizing Group, you can now begin any programming to increase your membership to 25. You will be given a logo and added to our website, join form, and chapter leader communication lists. This begins the one-month deadline for completing the following steps.
The Organizing Group approaches at least 10-15 libraries and contacts them to secure one-year contracts.
The Organizing Group makes a curriculum and gets it approved by emailing us.
We provide updated logos and a welcome letter for the newly official chapter.
